Just wanted to share a few tips for transitioning into the upcoming Fall season.
1) Shop for Fall clothing, including boots, coats, jackets, etc, at least a month ahead.
You get the first dibs on fresh new styles as well as huge savings/discounts on many store brands from the previous season(s).
For example, This lovely leopard packable hooded jacket was purchased during the Spring 2022 from @ www.lanebryant.com as apart of a clearance sale. Originally retailing at $149.00, but I bought it for $17.49. Can't wait to rock out this fall with my choice of leopard shoes, sneakers or boots.
2) During back to school shopping don't forget to check out special discounts/reward savings from your local pharmacy programs at Walgreens, Rite Aid, Duane Reade and CVS for items such as hand sanitizer, facial tissues, school supplies, snacks, vitamins, etc.
3) I love essential oils and you can too. Most of the oils in my basket were purchased at www.Amazon.com. The book in the basket came as part of an essential oil kit I purchased from five below for $5.00. In my own research about alchemy and essential oils, I was able to learn about how some scents have healing properties and are significantly more beneficial for wellness during certain seasons even.
4) Skin and natural hair care management is an all year round job. Some things to consider regularly when maintaining natural hair and optimal skin is drink plenty of water, eat a balanced diet, incorporate b vitamins daily, use products that fit your specific texture and needs. 5)Lastly, continue on your self-love journey. Engage in self-love activities, journal write about your experiences and form or join a sister-circle support group.
