Sour Cream Donuts???


Ingredients & Plan

2 c flour 

1 c sugar

2 1/4 tsp salt

2 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon 

1 tsp baking soda

1 c sour cream 

2 brown eggs

1 1/2 tsp vanilla extract 

2 1/4 canola oil

3 tbsp almond milk

 Recipe yields 12 donuts.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.  Gather ingredients, bowl, spoon, whisk. silicone donut pans. Mix ingredients together in bowl and scoop into donut pans. Bake for 18 minutes, remove and set aside to cool. May add icing or not. Either way very delicious. You may internet search for  simple icing recipes if needed.

H.I W.T.H.I. Hack #1- Making Shower Spray

 Home Is Where The Heart Is Hack

As I was nearly out of shower spray to assist  in cleansing of the bathtub,  I decided to make some with the ingredients on hand. With having so many of  these items in stock regularly , I can create different home recipes for cleaning without going out the front door.

Ingredients, Supplies & Plan

1 32 oz empty spray bottle to put ingredient

             Add 5 cups water to bottle.

Then 1 cup of vinegar. 

Next 1 cup of rubbing alcohol. 

Add 1 tsp of dish liquid.

Then 15 drops of lemon essential oil. 

Next 15 drops of rosemary essential oil.

  Shake well and spray is ready for use.

Creamy Crab and Lobster Seafood Pasta

 Just a quick and easy family meal. Cooked and prepared under an hour and paired with a side salad.

Ingredients and plan 

1 box Veggie Spaghetti 
1.5 cups chopped Crab meat
1 cup of chopped Lobster meat
Up to two cups of heavy cream 
1tsp garlic 
3 tbsp flour
1/tsp red pepper flakes 
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper 
1/2 cup grated parmesan
2 tbsp of butter
1 lemon( juice and zest)
 1tsp parsley for garnishment 
Seasoning for Crab and lobster:
Black pepper 
Old bay

1. Boil noodles according to instructions on box, drain, reserving some of the pasta water and set aside. In a seperate pan add 1 tbsp of olive and seasoned Crab and lobster meat and remove promptly after sautéing .

2. Add 2 tbsp of butter to the same pan, 1tsp of garlic and stir. Next add the flour, heavy cream and grated parmesan stirring consistently.

3. At this time also add the red pepper     flakes, black pepper and a touch of cayenne. Also juice and zest of lemon.

4. Stir in seasoned Crab and Lobster meat.

5. Add cooked Veggie Spaghetti and reserved pasta water mixing well. Sprinkle with 1-2 tsps of parsley as a garnishment.

Let simmer for 10 minutes and then serve.

Salt Energy Activate




Love done right is perfect.  Something that has taken me a long while to  understand. I didn't have to be perfect. He didn't either.  But the way in which we "loved" on  ourselves and each other should have been. I'm thankful for and appreciate such an important lesson.

This go round I'm taking notes and my time. Taking  my time loving on myself, connecting with the  divine feminine and figuring out what I specifically want in my significant man. No relying on failed dating coaches, talk shows, magazine articles or crystal balls. 😂😂😂. Just me operating in, overflowing with, blessed and assured, under the heavens.

The Napturalista's Seaf🦀🦞d Mac and Cheese

I decided to add seafood mac and cheese to my game day menu. This mac and cheese was very flavorful, delicious and pleasing to the palate.

Ingredients & Plan

1 box  of elbow macaroni

1 cup of shrimp (cut in halves)

1/2 cup crabmeat(chopped)

1/2 cup lobster meat( chopped)

2 tbsp flour

2 tbsp butter

3 tbsp heavy cream

1.5 cups milk

1 cup of shredded mac and cheese blend. Save other to mix in before placing in oven  to bake.

Old bay, garlic powder, black pepper, paprika.


Boil elbow noodles, drain and set aside per package instructions.

Season and cook shrimp.Add lightly seasoned lobster and crab meat to pan.Remove and set aside.

Melt butter in a pan. Add flour and whisk. Next add milk and heavy cream continuously stirring. Also a tsp garlic powder, 1/2 tsp extra of old bay and black pepper. Add 1 cup shredded cheese and stir. 

Add and stir in noodles and shrimp mixture. 

Pour into dish and add in remaining cheese.

Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

Set for 10 minutes and then it's ready to plate.

Lemon-Garlic Shrimp Scampi With Veggie Spaghetti

Ingredients & Plan

1/2 box Veggie Spaghetti 

1 bag of medium cooked shrimp 

1/2 cup onion and peppers 

2 tsp garlic 

2tbsp butter

2tbsp olive oil

2 tsp lemon juice 

1 tsp lemon zest

1/2 cup parmesan cheese

1 1/2 tsp parsley 

Seasoning(Shrimp)- paprika, black pepper, old bay


Boil, drain and set aside Spaghetti noodles.

Melt butter and add olive oil to skillet. Then add garlic, onion and peppers to saute.Next pile in shrimp and saute as well. Add lemon juice, zest and cayenne. Mix in parmesan and Spaghetti well. Let simmer 10-15 minutes. Remove from heat and add parsley. Pair with nice serving of green vegetables.
